These supplements are great for those with joint pain, or someone just looking to keep their joints in good shape!! they work well, have no taste and a good size capsule.

I workout about 5 to 6 days a week along with a lot of hiking and walking at work. Give or take 5 to 15 miles a day. So a little extra nutrients for my joints does make a big difference and this one here has a lot of good choices in their blend. Literally all killer no filler and the capsules look good and digest no problem whatsoever.

If there was only a few supplements I'd take, a good joint one like this here makes the list and it really does make a difference. Combine it with fish oil and the joints will be ready for all the physical action I throw at them.
